Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain relationships with channel partners, positioning them as effective connectors for the business.
- Drive project onboarding by securing new mandates.
- Meet and engage with developers, delivering presentations that highlight the business's strengths, services, and track record.
- Identify and source new developers to expand the business pipeline.
- Convert channel partners into long-term connectors to ensure a steady flow of new project mandates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of projects and alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor sourcing activities and provide regular updates to management on progress, pipeline, and results.
