Job Title: Area Sales Officer

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Area Sales Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and driving sales growth through effective channel management.

  • Required Qualifications:
  1. 2-3 years of sales experience in FMCG/Pharma/OTC industry preferred in channel management
  2. Product understanding
  3. Negotiation skills
  4. Good local geographical knowledge
  5. Local language fluency
  6. Distributor management
  7. Basic calculation of retail scheme/distributor scheme
  8. Graduate/MBA
  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Cover Superstore outlet in the respective territory
  2. Achieve assigned monthly target
  3. Responsible for new outlet opening
  4. Responsible for new product launch
  5. Manage performance of superstore channel to improve sales & revenue
  6. Ensure POB conversion into secondary sales with DMS execution
  7. Mobile reporting (attendance & sales) on daily basis
  8. Responsible for repeat & frequent order from outlets
  9. Responsible for merchandising & store branding
  10. Develop & maintain strong relationship with channel partners
