Overview:
We are hiring a Channel Sourcing Manager with 36 years of proven experience in real estate channel sales to strengthen our network in Pune South. The ideal candidate will already have established relationships with brokers and channel partners, and be skilled at driving consistent business through them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners in Pune South.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing brokers for regular lead flow and closures.
- Conduct training and engagement sessions to keep partners updated on project USPs, pricing, and offers.
- Work towards aggressive sales targets through effective partner engagement and incentive programs.
- Monitor partner performance, address gaps, and improve productivity.
- Track competitor activities and maintain market intelligence for the region.
- Prepare and share performance reports with management.
Key Metrics:
- Number of new partners onboarded.
- Monthly sales via channel network.
- Partner retention and engagement rate.
- Conversion ratio from channel-sourced leads.
Profile Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in real estate channel sourcing/sales.
- Strong broker and channel partner network in Pune South.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
