Solar - Rsm (Channel Sales)

As a **Regional Sales Manager** - Channel Development, you will be responsible for developing and managing the distribution network across your assigned region. You will play a crucial role in expanding the company's reach and ensuring consistent growth in sales revenue.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement a strategic plan to expand the company's distribution network within the assigned region.
2. Identify and recruit potential channel partners such as distributors, dealers, and retailers to promote company products/services.
3. Build strong relationships with channel partners and provide them with necessary support, training, and resources to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct regular meetings, trainings, and workshops with channel partners to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
5. Monitor and analyze sales performance of channel partners against set targets and take corrective actions when necessary.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies and campaigns to support channel partners.
7. Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities and industry trends, to identify opportunities for business growth.
8. Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless execution of channel development strategies.
9. Prepare and present regular reports on channel performance, market trends, and sales forecasts to senior management.
10. Travel within the assigned region to meet with channel partners, attend industry events, and conduct market research.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Proven experience in channel development and management, preferably in the Solar sector.
3. Strong understanding of distribution channels and market dynamics.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with channel partners and internal stakeholders.
6. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
7. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
9. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
10. Valid driver's license and own transportation.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
Schedule:
