Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales and Business Development Expert to drive business growth and establish strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, market research, customer service, and effective communication to promote our engineering design and simulation software, 3D scanners, and 3D printers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation and market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Customer service and support to ensure high-quality interactions with clients
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills to drive sales growth and expand our customer base
  • Familiarity with engineering design and manufacturing concepts, preferably in mechanical engineering
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills to engage with automotive OEMs, TI/T2 suppliers, casting, forging, and industrial machinery segment

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in any engineering discipline, preferably mechanical engineering
  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales and business development
  • Experience in the sales of CAD/engineering design software is a plus
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Able to identify opportunities for technical pre-sales activities like need analysis and product presentations

Estimated Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on location (Mohali, Gurgaon, Pune) and qualifications.
