Regional Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven leader to lead regional operations, drive business growth, and onboard key partners.

This role is crucial for driving revenue targets by onboarding and retaining transporters, brokers, and affiliate partners within the assigned cluster. Additionally, manage medium and large fleet operators as key accounts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by leveraging your network and relationships with key partners.
  • Lead upselling and cross-selling initiatives to increase revenue and strengthen relationships with key partners.
  • Ensure an excellent customer experience to foster long-term loyalty.

Leadership Skills:

  • Manage and mentor a regional team to meet and exceed sales and performance goals.
  • Develop and support their success.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in business development and account management, with a focus on leadership and regional management.
  • Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
