Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Manager, located in Kunnathur. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within their designated region, developing business strategies, managing budgets, leading a team of employees, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include identifying market opportunities, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the foam manufacturing industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
