•Communication Skills
- Clearly explain customized schemes to dealers, ensuring buy-in.
- Persuade and influence dealers to prioritize Sheenlac products, securing maximum counter share.
- Train and mentor the team to communicate effectively with dealers and stakeholders
• Profitability Focus - Drives strategies to maximize revenue and margins.
• Dynamic and Visionary Approach
- Bring youthful energy, fresh ideas, and a big-picture mindset to the role.
- Leverage sales software and tools to streamline processes and drive efficiency.
