Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through customer acquisition, supporting branch-level business operations, and mentoring junior sales staff.
About the Role
This is a mid-level position that requires both individual sales performance and leadership responsibilities. As a Business Development Manager, you will focus on business growth through customer acquisition, while also supporting branch-level business operations and mentoring junior sales staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of financial products, including savings, Fixed Deposits, and other investment in society schemes.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve branch sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist the Branch Manager in developing sales strategies and implementing business plans.
- Supervise and guide a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) to achieve individual and team goals.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in sales, financial services, Banking, NBFC or cooperative banking.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
