Job Title: Business Development Manager - IT Sales

Location: Kozhikode, Kerala
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager with at least 4 years of proven experience in IT sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base, driving sales of our enterprise IT solutions, and building strategic partnerships to support our growth in digital transformation and enterprise technology services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT services such as SharePoint development, Office 365, digital transformation, and enterprise content management solutions.
2. Build and nurture relationships with potential clients across various industries including airlines, manufacturing, and education.
3. Present and demonstrate our IT solutions to prospective clients, highlighting benefits related to digital workplaces, mobility, and enterprise solutions.
4. Collaborate with technical teams to understand product offerings and tailor solutions to client needs.
5. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
6. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and manage client accounts through the sales cycle.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' activities.
8. Represent our technologies at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT sales, preferably with a focus on enterprise solutions and digital transformation services.
- Strong understanding of IT services such as SharePoint, Office 365, Drupal, and digital workplace tools.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Knowledge of the industries we serve (airlines, manufacturing, education) is a plus.
