**Job Summary**:
The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting the organisation's products and services. The role involves market research, lead generation, sales strategies, and client relationship management to meet organisational goals.

**Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation and Prospecting**:

- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business needs.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities using CRM tools.

**Sales and Business Growth**:

- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential clients to showcase the organisation's offerings.
- Develop customised proposals and negotiate pricing and terms of service with clients to close deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the organisation.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Develop client feedback strategies to improve the quality of offerings and build customer loyalty.

**Market Research and Strategy Development**:

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging business opportunities.
- Analyse and identify new revenue streams and potential target markets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective business development strategies.

**Collaboration and Teamwork**:

- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align business goals and strategies.
- Provide input on product development or marketing initiatives based on customer feedback and market insights.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to enhance professional connections and promote the organisation.

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward goals in CRM software.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on sales performance, market trends, and areas for improvement.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of lead-generation strategies and campaigns.

**Qualifications and Skills:Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).

**Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in a IT industry.

**Core Competencies**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and presentation tools.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Number of qualified leads generated monthly.
- Conversion rate of leads into successful deals.
- Revenue generated from new and existing clients.
- Client retention rate and satisfaction scores.
- Number of presentations, pitches, and proposals delivered.

**Work Environment**:

- A mix of office-based and remote working, with occasional travel to meet clients or attend networking events.
- A fast-paced environment requiring proactive engagement and a results-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
