Surekha Exports, a leading artificial sports construction company with headquarters in Calicut, Kerala, is establishing a new branch in Delhi. We are seeking motivated and talented individuals to join our expanding team as Business Development Executives.

Surekha Exports, a leading Indian artificial sports construction company, boasts over 18 years of industry expertise since its establishment in 2005. With a remarkable track record of completing 700+ projects across India, the company excels in delivering innovative and sustainable synthetic sports surfaces for various athletic disciplines, ensuring top-tier quality and performance.
**Responsibilities**:
- Attend calls any time with a pleasant and friendly approach
- Reach into an overall customer satisfaction with prompt call backs and quick responses
- Categorize clients based on their status and monitor sales
- Set up and execute periodic follow up plans and keep the customer satisfied with us
- Execute sales strategies for successful sales closing
- Daily progress report for sales and enquiries
- Proper documentation of business leads and sales record
- Maximize business opportunities with marketing skills
- Conduct presentations and business meetings with clients
- Experience in online or digital marketing and good analytical skills
- Must be having a valid driving license and ready to travel to meet priority clients
- Strong work ethic and eager to research in sales
- Time to time reporting to the management
- Keeping a strategic relationship with clients for product upgradation/repairs/reworks
- 3-5 years of total experience including project and material sales
- Able to close leads and deals we are providing you frequently
- Able to negotiate with multiple languages
- Willingness to travel out of state if needed
- Good language and math skills to give precise quotations and cunning tender submittals
**Languages should be known**:
- Malayalam -Fluent
- English -Fluent
- Hindi -Fluent
- Tamil -Fluent
**Other details of work**:
- Performance rewards for outstanding sales
- Descent incentives for achieving monthly targets
- Good incentives for each sale after monthly target (will discus while interview)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
