Key Responsibilities
* Connect with potential customers through outbound calls and follow up on leads.
* Conduct online assessments to understand students' academic needs.
* Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective communication and persuasion.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Requirements
(1) Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.
nb:- Preference for experience in Business Development, Sales, or Telecalling in K12 online tution sector.
(2) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
(3) Basic computer knowledge and own laptop are mandatory.
(4) Target-driven, proactive, and confident in client handling.
(5) Fluency in Malayalam.
