Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive to join our Calicut team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the travel industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting with clients and converting leads. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment and is eager to build a career in tourism and travel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage leads generated from digital campaigns (Meta, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Conduct cold calling and follow-up calls to convert leads into sales
  • Promote and explain holiday packages, visa assistance, hotel bookings, and related services
  • Handle client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and booking confirmations
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth travel operations
  • Participate in travel fairs, promotional activities, or business meets as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role (preferably in the travel industry)
  • Knowledge of tourism and travel services.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Hindi will be an added advantage
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with clients
  • Familiarity with computers, Google Workspace or MS Office tools
  • Basic knowledge of CRM, billing, invoicing, or quotation tools preferred
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
