Sales Development Manager

Arihant Infosys is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to promote our Audio-Visual products.
3. Conduct site visits to capture client requirements and provide timely updates to partners.
4. Update leads and visit/meeting details on our ERP system in a timely manner.
5. Identify and develop new business opportunities by exploring new partners and territories.
Requirements:
1. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills.
2. 1+ years of progressive experience in sales, with a minimum of 1 year focused on business development and individual sales goals.
3. Degree in Science, Engineering, or Business preferred.
4. Inquisitive and high level of integrity.
Perks:
1. Salary: ₹28,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month.
2. Benefits: cell phone reimbursement, leave encashment, life insurance.
3. Schedule: day shift.
4. Supplemental pay types: commission pay, overtime pay, yearly bonus.
