As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding market presence for CAE solutions like ANSYS and SolidWorks in the Southern region.
Estimated Salary: ₹12-15 lakhs per annum
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve targets. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with key clients in Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, and Manufacturing sectors, conducting product demos, presentations, and negotiating sales to meet targets. You will also collaborate with internal teams for seamless customer support and satisfaction, track sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide insights to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in CAE sales (ANSYS, SolidWorks) or similar
- Bachelor's in Engineering; MBA preferred
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client management skills
