Description of the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Services Solutions Manager to join our team at BMC Software, Inc. This individual will be responsible for managing the development, maintenance, and timely delivery of effective customer success solutions ranging in complexity and scale.
The Customer Success portfolio includes Success Subscriptions, Success Credits, Education subscriptions, Premier Support, Managed Services, Success Management, and traditional statements of work. This role requires continued development and dedication to running an efficient sales support process maximizing Customer Success signings and results.
This is a critical role providing essential sales support to our Customer Success field sales team. We're looking for intelligent, motivated, and organized individuals to take responsibility for this management role.
Key Responsibilities
- Management, development, maintenance, and timely delivery of effective customer success solutions
- Continued development and dedication to running an efficient sales support process
- Providing essential sales support to our Customer Success field sales team
- Researching and interpreting data to simplify processes and challenge inefficiencies
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-based work environment
Requirements
- Solid verbal & written communication skills
- Effective project and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- High proficiency using the Microsoft Office 365 tools (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Proactive attitude to problem solving
- A good understanding of design aesthetic and aligning this to BMC branding
