Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Services Solution Manager to join our team at BMC Software, Inc. This critical role will provide essential sales support to our Customer Success field sales team, managing the development, maintenance, and timely delivery of effective customer success solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the preparation of quotations, contribute to RFP responses, and assist with financial models and commercials.
  • Craft credit redemptions, perform account research, and navigate internal organizations to seek necessary reviews and approvals.
  • Prepare simple statements of work and liaise with customers directly for closure.

Requirements

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective project and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High proficiency using Microsoft Office 365 tools (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Proactive attitude to problem-solving.
  • A good understanding of design aesthetic and aligning it to BMC branding.
  • Ability to provide cross-functional support to other team members.
