Hiring a skilled technical recruiter is crucial for our organization's growth and success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent in the technical field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to fill open positions.
  • Utilize social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks to find qualified candidates.
  • Design and implement effective screening and assessment processes to evaluate candidate skills and fit.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial outreach to final selection and onboarding.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth collaboration and communication.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluent level of written and verbal English.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a startup environment or scale up.
