
Insurance Recruitment Specialist

The role of the Talent Acquisition Manager entails overseeing and executing the end-to-end recruitment process across various functions and regions within an insurance organization. This position is accountable for ensuring timely and efficient hiring processes, while maintaining a high level of candidate quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for roles across functions (sales, claims, operations, underwriting, etc.)
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, and employee referrals
- Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews in coordination with hiring managers
- Coordinate with business and HRBP teams to understand current and future talent needs
- Maintain a talent pipeline for high-turnover roles like front-line sales agents/advisors
- Engage with and manage external recruitment vendors and consultants
- Track performance metrics of vendors (CV quality, TAT, cost)
Requirements:
- Possession of an MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the BFSI or insurance sector
