We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective hiring strategies to attract top talent from various channels.

Responsibilities
  • Hiring Strategies: Design and implement timely and accurate recruitment processes to fill open positions across all levels.
  • Candidate Review: Conduct thorough reviews of employment applications and background check reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Position Tracking: Regularly update position tracking tools to ensure seamless management of the hiring process.
  • Recruitment Channels: Identify and explore new recruitment channels to optimize candidate sourcing and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Employee Development: Collaborate with functional leaders to develop and implement training programs that meet the employee needs and support business objectives.
  • Attendance and Payroll: Ensure accurate attendance records to facilitate error-free payroll calculation and processing.
  • Exit Procedures: Conduct exit interviews and prepare necessary documentation to ensure smooth transitions for departing employees.
  • Performance Management: Lead performance discussions, quarterly evaluations, goal-setting, peer review, and assessment appraisal processes to drive employee growth and development.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a fair and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree with 5-7 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Strong recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiation.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and policies.
  • Expertise in compensation best practices, including payroll, bonus systems, and allowances.
Competencies
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and manage time and resources effectively within deadlines.
  • High integrity, reliability, keen judgment, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Action orientation, problem-solving skills, and results-driven approach.
