Strategic Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition expert to join our team in Vellore. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies that align with our organizational goals and ensure the acquisition of top talent across functions.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and be proficient in using HR software systems.

Additionally, the individual should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing recruitment strategies that meet business objectives
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from job postings to offer letters
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to identify top talent
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics
