Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring practices.

The successful candidate will develop strong relationships with business stakeholders, TA leadership, key HR contacts, and across the broader organization.

  • Gaining a sound understanding of assigned businesses to enable anticipation of future recruitment needs.
  • Ensuring effective and high-quality regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly communication with hiring managers and senior business stakeholders.
  • Actively seeking and acting on feedback from key stakeholders to drive optimum solutions.
  • Analyzing and communicating recruitment trends, results, and insights to drive future recruitment activity.
  • Communicating process and benefits of the solution to key stakeholders.
  • Ensuring governance and compliance within the team.
Requirements
  • Education: Any Graduate/Postgraduate.
  • Experience: 8+ years in Search/RPO firms OR quick learners with excellent communication skills and a strong zeal to nurture a career in RPO space.
Desired Competencies
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong experience of hiring for manufacturing, sales, marketing, corporate roles preferably in steel, mining, chemical industry, agrochemicals, fertilizer, pharmaceutical, petrochemicals & FMCG space.
  • Strong knowledge of professional network and job portal usage.
  • Head hunting skills.
  • Positive attitude towards work.
  • Experience engaging specialized, high-skilled, or difficult-to-attract talent.
  • High target and delivery orientation.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management (ATS), Boolean/advanced searches.
