Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Oversee the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding to value realization and renewal, to ensure long-term success and adoption of CT products.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and account owner for assigned clients, providing timely problem resolution and escalations.
  • Own client meetings, including product training, data analysis, strategic business reviews, and additional engagement modules.
  • Identify at-risk opportunities and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement solutions.
  • Work closely with Client Services, Sales, Product Marketing, and Finance to deliver best-in-class service to all clients.
  • May require short-term travel within or outside India, as well as working in client time zones for extended periods.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong mix of relationship management, analytical, business, and technical skills. The ideal candidate will have delivery-related experience in the Cybersecurity/SaaS/hi-tech products industry, with a proven ability to internalize product offerings and discuss solutions, benefits, and trade-offs with enterprise customers.

 

Requirements & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institute, with an MBA preferred.
  • Excellent organization and project management capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver effective presentations, group facilitation, and one-on-one consultation.
  • Self-starting, self-motivated, flexible, and results-driven mindset.
  • Experience using Salesforce and other CS tools.
