Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Customer Engagement Manager to join Brigade Group. This role is crucial in developing and executing customer relationship management campaigns to increase customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to foster strong relationships with customers.
  • Prepare and implement universal customer service procedures across the organization.
  • Analyze customer behavior and measure its impact on business outcomes to inform strategic decisions.
  • Maintain open communication channels with customers and respond promptly to their queries and concerns.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Segment customers based on demographics or behaviors and tailor approaches accordingly.
  • Design and implement promotional activities to optimize sales growth and customer retention.
  • Leverage customer data to identify new leads and potential customers.
  • Understand past customer attitudes to better engage current customers.
  • Identify cost-efficient communication channels with customers.
  • Prioritize customer interaction approaches for maximum effectiveness.
  • Keep customers informed about new collections and special offers.
  • Adopt emerging trends and strategies to expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with departments to enhance customer interactions and establish cooperation protocols.
  • Notify administrators and senior management of execution plans and required changes.
  • Monitor competitors' customer relationship strategies.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a skilled professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can build strong relationships with customers and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of customer relationship management principles and practices.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
