We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Engagement Manager to join our team at Genpact. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and moderating our online communities, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for our customers.

About the Job:- You will monitor social media conversations, respond to customer queries, and provide timely and accurate information to address their concerns.
- In addition, you will analyze community feedback and report on sentiments and trends to inform key business decisions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in community management, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling way.
- Strong analytical abilities, with the capacity to handle large data sets and arrive at meaningful findings.
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
