Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished sales leader with a proven track record in the outbound travel industry to spearhead our regional expansion efforts in Western India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance our brand presence, drive sales through partnerships with travel agents, and expand market share across the region.
  • Promote company products and services to travel agents, ensuring high levels of awareness and adoption.
  • Deliver quality training and prompt service support to travel agents to enable better sales performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any issues or queries faced by travel agents, ensuring smooth functioning.
  • Stay updated with market trends and perform competitor analysis to inform business strategy.
  • Foster strong relationships with travel agents, driving client retention and loyalty.
  • Manage payment follow-ups and coordination with travel agents.
  • Onboard new travel agents and retain existing ones in line with set targets.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and trade shows.
Desired Profile:
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the travel industry, specifically outbound travel.
  • Proven experience handling sales and managing teams in Western India.
  • Strong knowledge of outbound travel products and market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and internal teams.
