- Drive the success of all new product launches by ensuring proper and impactful execution, adhering strictly to established SOPs.
- Develop and implement region-specific strategies to accelerate overall growth.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of specialty-wise contribution across your region, monitoring trends and devising proactive action plans for specialty and therapeutic category building.
- Gain a deep understanding of the market landscape and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop new avenues for growth, including engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and fostering relationships with key hospitals.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to remain competitive in the market.
