
Industrial Sales Expansion Leader

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth in assigned regions via strategic partnerships and sales initiatives. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in expanding our industrial lubricant business while ensuring operational integrity.
About the RoleYou will work closely with distributors, sales representatives, customers, retailers, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Building strong relationships with global stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration
- Understanding market conditions, competitor activities, and emerging trends to inform business decisions
- Applying consultative and benefit-selling skills to drive sales pipeline process
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
- At least 3 years of work experience in sales and marketing
- Flexibility to travel frequently as per business requirements
- Proven track record in responsible roles in industrial B2B sales
- Openness to relocation as per business needs
- Experience in direct or channel management from industrial B2B sales
The preferred candidate will also have experience in industrial consumable products or an industrial background, such as industrial lubricants, bearings, compressors, cutting tools, maintenance & repair electrodes, steel and cement industries, engine OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), and off-highway OEMs. They should also possess strong analytical and time management skills, industrial business and market knowledge, including sector nuances, ability to identify & analyze data, derive insights to pursue key opportunities, develop account plans, drive disciplined pipeline management, and knowledge of marketing strategies for lubricant products.
