Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a base salary of ₹30,000 per month, with an additional 1.5% commission on all closed sales. Travel expenses will be covered by the company, and performance bonuses will be offered based on individual performance.
Job Description
As a Senior Sales Representative, you will lead our sales initiatives across South India, combining in-person institutional visits with remote sales activities. This hybrid role requires excellent relationship management skills and the ability to conduct effective product demonstrations and POCs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive outbound sales strategies targeting medical colleges across South India
- Conduct in-person visits to medical institutions for presentations and demonstrations
- Manage complete POC (Proof of Concept) implementations with potential clients
- Handle full-cycle sales from prospecting to closure and account management
- Provide detailed feedback on market responses and institutional needs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in B2B software/EdTech sales, with a strong track record in enterprise sales within the education sector. Excellent communication skills in English and relevant regional languages are essential, along with a data-driven approach and the ability to close enterprise deals.
