About the Role: This is a highly technical sales support role that requires a deep understanding of QpiAI's quantum software products and solutions. You will work closely with clients and partners to identify their needs and develop tailored product proposals. Your goal is to deliver measurable revenue growth by executing effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Sell QpiAI's quantum software products to deliver scalable and sustainable revenue growth.
2. Develop and present customized product proposals aligned with client needs and compliance standards.
3. Build strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders and negotiate contracts and agreements.
4. Identify and engage new leads through systematic processes and qualify them for sales opportunities.
5. Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and opportunity funnels using data-driven analytics.
6. Collaborate with clients, partners, and SIs to ensure holistic product delivery and meet client expectations.
7. Provide regular reports on sales performance, deal progress, and market trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Key Skills:
1. Proven expertise in closing high-value deals and managing complex enterprise accounts.
2. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders.
3. Strong understanding of sales processes, contract negotiations, and enterprise operations.
4. Ability to communicate complex technical solutions in clear and compelling terms.
5. Deep technical knowledge of SaaS, AI, ML, Quantum, HPC, and Cloud technologies.

Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in Sales or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
