Cashfree Payments is a leading provider of full-stack payments solutions, empowering businesses in India to collect payments and make payouts via various methods with ease.

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Professional to acquire new customers in the Education category. This role requires strong networking, business development, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills to thrive in a high-performance environment.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to stitch together solutions that solve customers' needs. Responsibilities include preparing short-term and long-term sales plans, approaches, and strategies, as well as consistently achieving revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.

This position demands a strong analytical mindset, data-driven decision-making, and a drive to innovate and question the norm. The successful candidate must also keep abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence, while working with leadership on multiple priorities to define the growth and strategic trajectory.

Key requirements for this role include:

  • Minimum 6-9 years of experience in the fintech industry, preferably in online payments
  • Prior experience in acquiring Enterprise clients is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of the payments space, particularly Edtech and partnerships
  • Knowledge of sales principles and techniques
  • Experience in product-focused sales and organized approach to work
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers

Estimated salary range: ₹20-40 lakhs per annum (dependent on location and experience). We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for growth and professional development.
