Technical Support Specialist

Job Overview
NTT DATA seeks a skilled VC/AV Support L1 to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT infrastructure and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive support to clients to ensure their IT infrastructure and systems remain operational
- Identify, investigate, and resolve technical incidents and problems, restoring service to clients as quickly as possible
- Manage incidents to resolution, ensuring zero missed service level agreement (SLA) conditions
- Support project work as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience)
- CCNA or equivalent certification
- Certifications relevant to the services provided (certifications carry additional weightage on a candidate's qualification for the role)
