Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to strengthen our domestic partnerships network across Central India.

This role will focus on building and nurturing relationships with state tourism boards, attractions, and other key stakeholders.

  • Build and manage strong relationships with domestic partners including state tourism boards, attractions, and hospitality brands.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Conduct partner meetings, present proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements aligned with strategic goals.
  • Lead discussions on contracts and agreements with tourism boards and state bodies; ensure all deliverables are aligned and achieved.
  • Work towards defined sales and partnership goals while identifying new opportunities for revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in client relationship management, partnerships, and business development, along with strong communication and negotiation skills.

As a core member of the Partnerships team, you will represent us in external meetings, secure proposals, negotiate terms, and deliver on defined sales and partnership targets.

The role requires frequent travel across India and the ability to work independently in remote settings when stationed at partner locations.
