Partnership Developer

We are seeking an experienced ISV Alliance Manager to drive partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and develop joint solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Cultivate Partnerships: Develop relationships with ISVs that complement our offerings and align with strategic objectives.
- Lead Negotiations: Finalize partnership agreements, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate on Integrated Solutions: Work with ISVs and internal teams to develop integrated solutions leveraging our platform and enhancing customer value.
- Joint Go-to-Market Strategies: Develop marketing campaigns, sales enablement activities, and promotional events with ISV partners.
- Serve as Primary Point of Contact: Foster strong, long-term relationships and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Establish Metrics: Track performance against goals and provide regular reports to internal stakeholders.
- Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the ISV ecosystem.
- Align Partnership Activities: Work closely with sales, marketing, product management, and other teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience (7+ years) in alliance management, business development, or partner management roles, preferably in the cloud technology industry.
- Success in Partnership Development: Demonstrated success in developing and managing partnerships with ISVs, including negotiating partnership agreements and driving joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Cloud Technologies Understanding: Strong understanding of cloud technologies, SaaS models, and the ISV ecosystem.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify new partnership opportunities and drive innovative solutions.
- Results-Oriented: Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding partnership targets.
- Independence and Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
