Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
  • Identify and approach potential clients through various prospecting techniques, including cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition and differentiators of our products and services.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, including sales, marketing, and customer support.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review, providing insights and recommendations for business growth and improvement.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to promote our products and services, build relationships with key stakeholders, and stay informed about market developments.
  • Manage and update the CRM system with relevant customer information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong prospecting and networking abilities, with a proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office, with the ability to manage and update the CRM system effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a strong focus on results and business growth.
