Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for a leading hotel in Agra. This full-time position requires at least 1 to 3 years of work experience in sales or business development. The role emphasizes building and maintaining client relationships, enhancing revenue opportunities, and driving sales growth for the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute effective sales plans to meet hotel targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Clinical Negotiation Skills: Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes that enhance hotel occupancy and profitability.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, regular follow-ups, and tailored solutions.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand competition and adjust sales tactics accordingly, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and management teams to align sales strategies with the hotel's overall business objectives, ensuring seamless integration and success.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and report on sales performance and client feedback to inform future sales strategies and initiatives, driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 to 3 years of work experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and driving business growth.

Estimated Salary: ₹250,000 - ₹500,000 per annum
