Your MissionWe're looking for Business Development Specialists to turbocharge our growth by bringing on board not just any clients, but the right ones Your mission will be to connect with business decision-makers, understand their needs, and demonstrate how our innovative recruitment solutions can elevate their hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities- Find new business opportunities with precision
- Reach out to prospects via various channels and establish that first key touchpoint
- Qualify potential customers, set appointments, and keep those relationships warm
- Own your pipeline: track, manage, and optimize sales activities using HubSpot
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competition, and our evolving product features
- Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align strategies and share insights
Adept Communicators who get their message across clearly and persuasively
Outreach Experts who craft compelling emails and outreach that actually get responses
Resilient Hustlers who bounce back quickly and keep pushing forward
Self-Starter with a Drive: you take ownership of your work, can function independently, but are always ready to collaborate when needed
1-3 years of sales experience, with focus on either US or India market
B2B SaaS Expertise: previous experience in B2B SaaS is required (HRTech experience is a bonus)
Educational Background: graduate or postgraduate (Tier 1 or Tier 2 college preferred but not mandatory)
About the RoleThe estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. We offer competitive incentives and benefits that value your genius.
