Job Description
As a Real Estate Sales Manager at Naukripay, you will be responsible for leading a sales team and driving organizational sales goals. Your key duties will include:

Key Responsibilities
• Managing the sales team: Providing resources and support to agents, planning and directing training, and counseling and disciplining employees
• Developing sales strategies: Creating sales scripts, forecasting sales volume and profit, and analyzing trends and results
• Implementing sales strategies: Implementing national sales programs and field sales action plans
• Tracking sales: Tracking, collating, and interpreting sales figures, and reporting on sales activities
• Communicating with clients: Liaising between customers and the company, and communicating with clients to help close a sale
• Establishing and maintaining a customer base: Establishing, maintaining, and expanding a customer base, and increasing business opportunities
• Budgeting: Controlling expenses and monitoring budgets

Requirements
• Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits
• Demonstrating and presenting products
• Establishing new business
• Maintaining accurate records
• Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings
• Reviewing sales performance
• Negotiating contracts and packages
