Real Estate Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Generate sales with existing customers and develop opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.
- Sales Meetings: Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings.
- Customer Liaison: Liaise between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, and new product releases.
- Customer Base Expansion: Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base.
- Business Opportunities: Increase business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Sales Target Achievement: Aggressively achieve the sales target.
- Customer Follow-up: Continuous follow-up with the customers.
- Client Relationships: Build and retain client relationships through continuous follow-up with clients for their requirements.
Requirements:
- Graduate with Sales Experience: Minimum graduate with sales experience.
- Experience in Sales and Marketing: 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Communication Skills: Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Compensation: CTC - 3LPA to 6LPA per annum + incentives.
