Overview:

A highly skilled Sales Executive is required to drive revenue growth for Akshya Patra Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales and be able to establish fruitful relationships with prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Identify and approach potential clients through various prospecting techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company's products and services.
  • Manage and update the CRM system with relevant customer information.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record in sales with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong prospecting and networking abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Deep understanding of sales performance metrics.
