Strategic Business Development Manager

Job Purpose: As a Strategic Business Development Manager at ScaleneWorks, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in key government and private accounts. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategies to enhance sales performance and increase market share.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and market expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including HCPs, to gather insights and roll out planned strategies
- Plan and execute sales plans on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to meet or exceed sales targets
- Deliver account-wise sales and new patient recruitment plans to drive business growth
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Science graduate with strong sales skills
- Good knowledge of institutional sales and experience working in specialty business
Other Skills:
- Ability to understand regulatory and compliance requirements of the pharmaceutical industry
- Confident and capable of communicating and operating at all levels
- Ability to cultivate and manage external and internal stakeholder relationships
