Sales Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Business Development Manager to join our team at Akshya Patra Services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a strong ability to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Identify and approach potential clients through various prospecting techniques.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company's products and services.
- Manage and update the CRM system with relevant customer information.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record in sales with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong prospecting and networking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
- Deep understanding of sales performance metrics.
