Job Purpose
To manage and oversee the distribution of services across the Agra Zone, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
- Set and achieve revenue and sales targets
- Review and evaluate channel partners to ensure reliable and effective service delivery
- Develop and implement distribution plans to expand town coverage, appoint distributors, and add outlets
- Judiciously use SAC budgets to maximize quality customer acquisitions
- Strengthen market execution and trade relationships, and track market intelligence for informed decisions
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and HSW norms
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
- 5-7 years of experience in Telco/FMCG
- In-depth understanding of the distribution ecosystem
- Market understanding and development
- Detailed sales and distribution planning
- Motivate teams and build capability
- Skilled in conflict management
- Basic budget management skills
Must have technical/professional qualifications
- Graduate, MBA preferred
- English and local market language
- Skilled in performance analytics, review, and development
