Job Purpose

To manage and oversee the distribution of services across the Agra Zone, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  • Set and achieve revenue and sales targets
  • Review and evaluate channel partners to ensure reliable and effective service delivery
  • Develop and implement distribution plans to expand town coverage, appoint distributors, and add outlets
  • Judiciously use SAC budgets to maximize quality customer acquisitions
  • Strengthen market execution and trade relationships, and track market intelligence for informed decisions
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and HSW norms

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

  • 5-7 years of experience in Telco/FMCG
  • In-depth understanding of the distribution ecosystem
  • Market understanding and development
  • Detailed sales and distribution planning
  • Motivate teams and build capability
  • Skilled in conflict management
  • Basic budget management skills

Must have technical/professional qualifications

  • Graduate, MBA preferred
  • English and local market language
  • Skilled in performance analytics, review, and development
