About the Position: We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Manager to join our team at DotPe Private Limited in the Boston office. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a team of 6 Sales Development Representatives, driving sales activities, and ensuring pipeline growth in designated territories.

Job Description

  • This position requires a strong sales background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in developing successful sales teams.
  • You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to enhance sales outreach activities and consistently meet or exceed team goals for activity, hiring, and pipeline creation.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team of 6 Sales Development Representatives and driving SDR activity metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 6 Sales Development Representatives in the Boston office.
  • Participate in the SDR recruiting process and make hiring decisions.
  • Coach and manage performance, and develop the career paths of team members.
  • Partner with business development and sales operations to enhance sales outreach performance.

Requirements and Skills

  • 5-6 years of experience as a Sales Development Manager with a background as an Account Executive or in a similar closing position.
  • Ability to coach and hold team members accountable for results.
  • Experience in the IT sector and B2B sales or customer support.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and project management skills.
