We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Growth Executive to drive sales within the Indian market. This role demands excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through calls, emails, and online research.
  • Maintain and update a database of prospective clients.
  • Conduct outbound calls to explain products/services to potential customers.
  • Engage with inbound inquiries, converting them into qualified leads or sales.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Address customer queries and provide solutions promptly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales strategies and close deals effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in a domestic process.
  • Fresher with excellent communication skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
