The Sales and Business Development Centre of Excellence is focused on helping early stage start-ups with creating sales pitches, business development, and market research and consulting.

Outreach empowers teams with networks and techniques for a healthy sales pipeline, reaching stakeholders, and closing deals.

We are looking for sharp energetic minds to join our rapidly growing ecosystem and help take it to new heights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end lead generation and business development efforts for assigned startup accounts
  • Identify potential clients through outbound efforts (calls, emails, events, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Conduct product demos and client presentations to communicate value propositions effectively
  • Maintain a structured pipeline, follow up regularly, and close high-quality leads
  • Liaise with startup founders to refine messaging based on market feedback
  • Provide input on sales strategy, outreach methods, and client pain points
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5 to 6 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition roles
  • Prior experience in BFSI, enterprise technology, SaaS, or fintech preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach
  • Hands-on with cold outreach and confident in pitching to senior stakeholders
  • Passionate about working in a fast-paced, multi-client startup environment
