We are seeking a Strategic Growth Leader to drive customer growth through product-focused initiatives and experiments.
This role combines strategic consulting discipline with hands-on B2C product execution, using data-driven insights, structured experimentation, and product-led retention strategies to unlock sustainable growth and deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute growth strategies across acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Build and scale rewards & loyalty programs to boost retention and engagement.
- Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives.
- Lead A/B tests and champion/challenger experiments to validate ideas.
- Present insights and dashboards to leadership with clear business impact.
- Education: Bachelor's in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field and MBA/Master's from a top-tier institution preferred.
- Experience: 4–6 years total experience. At least 2 years in B2C hyper-frequent use cases (credit cards, gaming, trading, quick commerce) OR 2–3 years in top-tier consulting (MBB, preferably first cohort).
- Tools & Skills:
- Strong analytical skills, data analysis, and financial modeling.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytics tools (Tableau/Python preferred).
- Hands-on experience with growth funnels, lifecycle management, and cohort analysis.
- Experience in product-led retention and scaling loyalty programs.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management.
