Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall running of the sales team.
  • Develop strategic sales plans to expand customer base and solidify presence.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by assessing team strengths and weaknesses.
  • Bid and win business by organizing sales visits, identifying prospects, and maintaining client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities through new channels and partners.
  • Sell solutions by establishing contact, recommending upsells, and providing support.

Requirements:

  • MBA & B. Tech / M.Tech Degree required.
  • 2-5 years experience in team handling and 5-6 Field B2C Sales.
  • Sound business judgment and sales skills.
  • Solid interpersonal, communication, and customer service capabilities.
  • Potent leadership qualities.
  • Exceptional organizational, creative, and resource management capabilities.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
