  • Collaboration with Operations: Work closely with operations and procurement departments in Kanpur and Noida to ensure materials and resources are utilized within budget and forecasted levels.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis for investment decisions and procurement strategies for both units, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
  • Cost Reduction Initiatives: Develop and lead initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency across all areas of manufacturing operations in Kanpur and Noida.
  • Strategic Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization, particularly in the Kanpur and Noida units.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Professional Certification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in financial management within the manufacturing sector, with a proven track record in a similar role.
  • Financial Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control principles, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial software applications.
  • Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: ₹60,00,000 - ₹80,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
